The family business 'Creamery Gratsanis' began its course in 1973 recording a progressively upward trend with regard to its activity in the field of cheeses and dairy products. Expanding its activities, it now has its own traditional pasta workshop, also located in Kastraki Fokida.
With faith and respect in the Greek tradition, Stergios Gratsanis, 4th generation cheesemaker with studies in the dairy trade, has managed to pass the family business in a new era and becoming further widely known.

The 'Creamery Gratsanis' supplies its products to large supermarket chains, but also to smaller stores in the Greek market and abroad. It also has four shops in Kastraki Fokidos, Nafpaktos and Athens, where one can choose the products of their choice through a wide range of cheeses and dairy items.
