Patties with anthotyro and figs

INGREDIENTS

  • 20 pcs. Dried Figs
  • 150 gr fresh anthotyro Gratsani
  • 2ml of semi-sweet wine
  • 150 gr pastry crust
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Soak the figs in the wine first and mix it with the anthotyro.
Roll the filling with crust and spread the egg on stuffed patties with a brush.

Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
