Kefalotyri is a hard and salty cheese with a pretty spicy flavor.
It is made exclusively of Greek pasteurized goat milk and it takes at least 6 months to mature so it can acquire the aromas that correspond to this delicious cheese.
(Suitable for saganaki, grated on various pasta and is the best combination with different varieties of wines, beverages and tsipouro).
