INGREDIENTS for 2 persons
Chop 2 leaves of Basil and 2 green leaves from the onions and knead it with the anthotyro.
Add salt and pepper, roll the mixture into small balls and put them in the refrigerator.
Clean, wash and drain all vegetables. Cut salads with hands, tomato, radishes and green onions into thin slices.
Put all the vegetables in a bowl and add the corn, beat 3 tablespoons oil with the vinegar, salt, pepper, and stir.
Place on top the cheese balls and serve.
