Sauté the mushrooms (washed and strained) with the garlic, celery and parsley finely chopped.
Then cut the meat into strips and onion in washers. We sauté the onion until it becomes blonde with the meat.
Then we put the water, cube, salt, pepper and wine for 3 minutes, then the mushrooms and finally the cream.
Leave for 4 minutes on heat.
Finally garnish with parsley leaves.
