ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ
Place the strained yogurt in the bowl where you can serve the sweet and mix it occasionally.
Drain the pineapple well and put the syrup aside.
Boil dried prunes in pineapple syrup for 15 minutes.
Drain and wipe them well on a towel.
Remove the pits and finely chop the prunes.
Put them in the bowl of yoghurt, add the walnut crumbs and stir.
Cut the pineapple into pieces (leave a couple for the end), add to the bowl and stir.
Beat the whipping cream in a solid cream adding the powdered sugar.
Add the whipped cream to the bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Decorate the dessert with pineapple rings.
Cover the bowl with a transparent film and refrigerate until you serve.
